Complimentary Consultation
Once we receive your inquiry, we'll set up a call to get to know you better and figure out how we can best assist you. It's also the perfect opportunity to discuss pricing and walk you through our working process.

Booking Confirmation
If you're happy with what we offer and think we're a great fit, we'll move forward with the booking process. It's a simple two-step process:
1.Signing a contract
2.Paying a 50% retainer
Once booking has been completed, your date will be locked in on our calendar, and we'll send you a welcome packet.

Session Prep
In the days leading up to your session, we'll act as a trusted resource and support for all things session prep. Chances are we know the answer to any question you may have, and if we don’t, we’ll find it out for you.

photo Session Day
It’s time to have some fun! We’ll meet, talk, connect, and get to know each other. In the meantime, I will be preparing the equipment so we can jump right into it. We’ll guide you each step of the way so you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Gallery Delivery
We’ll deliver your images via a digital gallery within 2-4 weeks of your session day. All that’s left is to print them out, enjoy them, and use them as much as you can!
Our approach is simple: listen deeply, connect fully, and capture honestly.
We’re less about perfect poses and more about the experience — the laughter, the pauses, the unscripted moments that feel alive.

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Our goal is to capture images you'll absolutely love, so come with an open mind, positive energy, and outfits that make you feel confident. With some preparation and by following our direction, We promise your first photoshoot will be a blast!
What should I wear?
Our advice would be to go with outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. When you're comfortable, your inner light will shine through perfectly in the candid, unguarded moments we capture. When you book with us, we'll send over a full styling guide.
Are you available outside of Chicago and Milwaukee?
Absolutely, we're available for photoshoots outside of the Chicago and Milwaukee area - We love the chance to travel! Whether it's a destination wedding, outdoor adventure session, or just exploring a new city together, a change of scenery can lead to awesome photos. We're always down for an adventure! Just give us the details on where you're hoping to go, and we can work out all the logistics.
Do I own the copyright to my images?
Photos by Toba owns all rights to images obtained during photo sessions. We reserve the right to use them for marketing such as ads, social media, and showing to future clients. You will receive a document that allows you to print the images unrestricted, however you do not own the rights to the images.
Do you edit all the photos you give us?
Absolutely! We pour my heart and soul into every single photo we take. Editing is a huge part of our work as photographers, and we never provide RAW or unedited images. We want to make sure you get the best possible photos to cherish!
