01 | Reach Out
Tell us about your wedding and the celebration you're planning.
If your date is available, we'll invite you to a complimentary consultation where we'll get to know you, answer your questions, and walk you through our collections.
02 | Reserve Your Date
After your consultation, we'll send you a custom proposal tailored to your celebration.
Once your agreement is signed and your $1,000 non-refundable retainer is paid, your wedding date is officially reserved.
You'll then receive our Wedding Welcome Guide, filled with planning resources, helpful tips, and everything you need to begin preparing for your photography experience.
03 | Engagement Session (if included)
If your collection includes an engagement session, we'll plan the location, date, and vision together.
It's a chance for us to get to know one another before the wedding day, and for you to become comfortable in front of the camera before one of life's biggest moments.
04 | Wedding Planning
A few weeks before your wedding, you'll complete your Wedding Details Questionnaire.
Your responses help us understand your priorities, family photo combinations, timeline, special traditions, and the moments that matter most.
Once we've reviewed everything, we'll meet for your planning call to finalize the details and answer any remaining questions.
By the time your wedding day arrives, you'll know exactly what to expect.
05 | Wedding Day
This is your day.
We'll guide you through portraits with natural direction, keep family photos organized and efficient, and quietly document the moments unfolding around you.

We'll preserve it.
06 | Wedding Previews
One week after your wedding, you'll receive a preview gallery with a selection of images to relive the excitement while we continue carefully editing your full gallery.
07 | Gallery Delivery
8 weeks after your wedding, your complete online gallery will be delivered.
Every image is thoughtfully selected and professionally edited in our timeless style, ready to download, share, and print for generations to come.
08 | Beyond the Gallery
Your experience doesn't end when your gallery is delivered.
We'll check in to make sure you've received everything, invite you to share your experience through a review, and hopefully continue documenting the milestones that follow—from anniversaries to growing families and everything in between.

Absolutely. Most of our clients are not used to being professionally photographed. We guide throughout the session using prompts, direction, movement, and natural interaction to help you feel comfortable and confident.
How do I book a photography session with your team?

Once your session is booked, we provide guidance to help you choose outfits that photograph well and feel aligned with your vision, location, and overall session aesthetic.
